Custom Orders
Most of our products are custom-made. Please review all design proofs carefully before approving production. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
Payments
Full payment is required before production begins. Orders will not enter production until payment is received and design approval is confirmed.
Production Time
Production times may vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. Estimated production times will be provided during the order process.
Shipping and Delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Installation Services
Installation services are available only in New York City and Long Island. Additional transportation or toll fees may apply depending on location.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns or refunds are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or there is a production error on our part.
Design Files and Copyright
All designs created by Star Graphic Design remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Star Graphic Design is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our products or services.
Orders Placed Through Etsy
Some products and services may be purchased through our official Etsy shop. Orders placed on Etsy are subject to Etsy’s payment processing, buyer protection policies, and platform terms in addition to our own policies.

At Star Graphic Design • Printing • Sign, most of our products are custom-made and printed specifically for each customer.
Because our products are custom designed and produced, all sales are final once production has started.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving their design proof before production begins. Once a design is approved, we are not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect information, or design choices approved by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our production error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a replacement if necessary.
